Templates
The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.
Templates are sets of attributes that you need to specify when creating agents or tasks. Templates allow you to:
- create typical agents (for example, couriers) and typical tasks (for example, delivery)
- filter agents on the monitoring dashboard by type
- use data when planning shifts
A template must be created before creating an agent or creating a task.
With the Main administrator and Company administrator roles, you can work with templates on the Management → Templates tab:
With the Dispatcher and Agent group manager roles, you can only view the list of templates and their information.
