Localization

The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

With the Main administrator, Company administrator, and Dispatcher roles, you can track the work of current and past shifts on the Monitoring tab:

With the Agent group manager role, you can only view agents from the group you manage.

To open a shift, click its card in the upper-left corner. You can use the calendar to filter shifts by date.

Tracking agents

The map displays icons of agents added to the shift. Data about their current location is updated once per minute. The status of an agent depends on the availability of location information:

  • Online: agents with available current location information. Displayed on the map as a brightly colored icon. The icon color depends on the agent template.
  • Offline: agents without available location information (for example, the tracker or mobile application is disabled or not transmitting location data). Displayed on the map as a gray icon.

Viewing agent information and movement history

You can use search by agent name and sorting by agent type (template). To open the agent card, click the agent in the list.

Work with the following tabs in the agent card:

  • Movements: agent's movement history on the map and event list. You can view where the agent was during the shift and how they moved around the territory.

    To filter movements by event type, click Events and select the type: signal or geozone changes.
