Tasks

Localization

The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

You can create tasks for agents, for example: deliver cargo, conduct inspections, etc. A task is automatically assigned to an agent during a shift if they have all the required skills to perform the task. The agent can view the list of tasks in the mobile application.

Before creating a task, create a task template. The template contains a set of attributes that are specified when creating a task. You cannot import tasks without a template.

With the Main administrator, Company administrator, Dispatcher, and Agent group manager roles, you can work with tasks on the Tasks tab:

Importing tasks

If you need to create multiple tasks with similar attributes from a single task template, you can download the template, fill it out, and import tasks from a CSV file.

  1. Go to the Tasks tab.

  2. Click Import from CSV.

  3. If you have created multiple task templates, select one of them.

  4. Click Download template.

  5. Fill out the template with task data. The template will indicate which data to add for each task and provide an example.

One file can contain up to 1000 tasks.

  6. Return to the Tasks tab, drag the file into the upload area or click Select file on your computer.

The file size limit is 5 MB.

  7. If there are errors in the file, a notification indicating the rows with errors will appear. To upload tasks, correct the errors in the file and upload the file again.

Tasks will appear in the task list after the file is processed.

To edit a task, change it in the file and upload the file again.
