Demo access

To try the features of 2GIS GeoFlow: Logistics, you can get free access for 14 days.

Getting demo access​

To get demo access, register in the 2GIS GeoFlow: Logistics administrator web panel and create a company:

  1. Open the page at dev.2gis.ru.

  2. Click Start for free.

  3. Enter your registration details:

    • first name, last name, and middle name
    • name of the company which will be created after registration
    • phone number
    • email address
    • password

  4. Click Sign up.

After registration, a company will be created and you will be assigned the Main administrator role in it. For more information about roles, see the User roles section.

Features​

As a Main administrator, you can use the full functionality of 2GIS GeoFlow: Logistics:

Limitations​

  • Demo access is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of registration.
  • You can add up to 6 users to a company. The limit includes the main administrator and invited users.

To view the current number of users, go to the Company section in the web panel.

End of demo access​

Two days before your demo access ends, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided during registration. On the day your demo access ends, you will receive a notification informing you of the end of your access.

After demo access ends, you will not be able to create or delete objects and use the mobile application. For 90 days after that, you will still be able to view:

  • data on users, directories, depots, skills, templates, agents, and agent groups
  • past route plans and tasks

To continue using 2GIS GeoFlow: Logistics, submit a request for paid access. To do this, go to the Company section in the web panel and click Switch to full access. A manager will contact you to discuss the onboarding details.
