Tariff change

There are several ways to change the tariff:

• Send a message to technical support:

  • Click icon in the lower-right corner, write a message, and click Submit.
  • Write and email to support.pro@urbi.ae.

• Leave a request on the website:

  • Go to the urbi.ae website and leave request.
  • Click icon in the upper-right corner and click Upgrade your plan. Leave request on the urbi.ae website.
