To find out your tariff, click Profile icon in the lower-left corner of the Urbi Pro interface.

Tariff change​

You can change the tariff in the following ways:

  • Send a message to technical support: click Question mark icon in the lower left corner, click the Feedback Feedback icon, write a message, and click Submit.
  • Write and email to support.pro@urbi.ae.
  • Leave a request at urbi.ae.
