Interface for interacting with the list of territories: Subscriptions to changes in information about territories; Searching territories by coordinates and geometries; Subscriptions to changes in information about the overall progress of installing/updating territories; Pausing and resuming the process of installing/updating territories.

A channel with a list of all known territories. Updated when information about at least one of the territories changes, or when the composition of the list changes. The contents of the channel are a subset of the general list of packages received from the IPackageManager::packages. To avoid desynchronization of package descriptions, you should not use data received simultaneously from several channels containing subsets of the common package list.
