Updating License service

1. Make sure that a newer version of License service exists in the Docker Registry.

2. Update settings in the values-license.yaml configuration file, if necessary. More information on the Installing License service.

3. Run the command to update the service:

   helm upgrade --version=1.10.0 --atomic --wait-for-jobs --values ./values-license.yaml license 2gis-on-premise/license
