Moving the camera position is completed when the finish point is reached.

Camera position movement canceled by a map event (pan, zoom, etc.).

A new flyover has been launched, the position has been changed (explicitly or indirectly through ICamera::set_position_point() or ICamera::set_padding()) or the tracking mode has been changed.
