Buildings

The Buildings category provides information about all types of buildings with selected filters.

Overview

To get started:

The data will be visualized on the map. Text results are available in two variants:

Statistics: general statistics about the sample. Include:
- Total count of buildings divided by type.
- Total and average area.
- Maximum and average count of floors.
- Maximum and average year of construction.
- Maximum and average count of organizations.
Results: list of buildings. Includes:
- General information about buildings.
- List of buildings.

When selecting a building from the list:

To save this selection, click Create layer.

For the Buildings category, the following filters are available:

Territories: country and city selection. You can select no more than 5 cities per country. There may also be restrictions depending on the prices. Required for selection.
Nearby: limiting the selection by territorial availability. Possible options:
- Off: default value.
- Radius: circle with a radius from 10 to 100000 m around a point on the map. The default value is 10000 m.
- Path: area on the map that is accessible by car or on foot within 5 to 30 minutes. The default value is 15 min.
To change the area, drag the center point to the necessary area of the map.
Purpose: building type.
Status: building status — Constructed, Under construction, or Under Repairing.
Number of floors: the number of floors in the building. Can take 0 value.
Area: area of the building foundation in square meters.
Total area: total building area across all floors (excluding technical areas that cannot be used) in square meters.
Year of construction: year of construction of the building.
Firms count: count of companies registered in the building.
Living population: living population in the building.
Working population: working population in the building.

To reset the filter, click the cross icon next to the filter name. To reset all filters, click Reset filters at the bottom of the page.
